You fill your swap bag with the clothing and toys your kids have outgrown and send it back with the prepaid label already attached. Every accepted item earns a credit, and credits are what you spend in the closet.
Most choose to send their items to earn their first credits, but you can buy a starter pack and shop now if you see something that catches your eye. Your first swap bag will be shipped to you either way.
Regardless of which plan you choose, two shipments per month are included. Your order always comes with next month's swap bag included, and prelabeled, so you can spend the month filling it back up and just pop it in the mail.
The "manage membership" button on your dashboard cancels it. You'll be able to use your swaps until the end of the period you've already paid for.
